Our mission is to preserve the highest quality materials for reuse, and recycle the highest possible percentage of any structure we dismantle.
We are in full compliance with Boulder City and County’s renewable, zero-waste policies. The tax credit homeowners receive by choosing deconstruction over demolition many times will not only fully offset the cost of deconstruction, but put money back in the homeowners pocket.
Homeowners often leave behind unwanted items. Before our work begins, the structure must be completely empty, and so over the years we have inadvertently collected many things that local reuse warehouses have not been willing to take. This Fall, we will be opening our warehouses to sell these quality furnishings and building materials.
